This award is given to a varsity wrestler that exemplifies what the sport of wrestling is all about. This wrestler may have won a match that no one but themselves expected to win, or bumped up a weight class to help win a dual, or just plain hammered all of their oppenents.

Patrick Mcmanus has worked very hard all season and is just starting to peak this season. His record is now 14-9 and Patrick took first place last week at the Finneytown Varsity Wrestling Invitation. Mr. Mcmanus is a sophmore wrestling at 125 lbs this year for the Eagles. |

Jake Miller has a record of 17-6 for the Eagle wrestling team. He has been a strong senior leader this year. Last week Jake won the Madeira Invitational and this week placed 5th in the Catholic Invitational by pinning the #2 seed. |
