New Student Orientation

Welcoming members of the CJ class of 2016 and all new students. Before coming to school, please look over the Student Handbook carefully. Each student will receive his or her own copy on orientation day.

Parents should use the south side of Franklin Street for pick-up and drop-off each day, including orientation day (view campus map). Please do not drop students off in Lot A off Washington Street.

Students may enter/exit the building through any of the school doors off Franklin Street, or through the main entrance off Ludlow Street. They are set open by 7 a.m. each school day. We will begin the day promptly at 8 a.m.

Students will need to bring their class schedules (mailed home on August 13), and uniforms will be required during this day (view the School Uniform Guidelines). CJ will provide all the necessary supplies for your first day, such as pencil, pens, binders etc. When arriving, please report immediately to your listed homeroom (included below).

Lunch will be available to purchase for around $4 (pizza, cookie, chips, soda/bottled water); however, you may also bring a packed lunch, as many students do. We will end the day promptly at 3 p.m. for normal dismissal.

8:40 - 9:10 am Auditorium Meet the Administration: Mr. Meixner, Mr. Marshall, Mr. Pierce, Mr. Fuchs, Mrs. Wheeler, Mrs. Kinnear, Mr. Unger (less than 5 mins. each)
9:15 - 10:25 am Homeroom Tours & Picture ID's in the gym (Barr 9:15, Dillon 9:25, Dozer 9:35, Meyers 9:55, Mueller 10:05, Ricciuto 10:15, Transfers 10:20)
10:30 - 10:45 am Auditorium Campus Ministry & Service (F.L.I.G.H.T.)
