Service Time Sheet

For students who volunteer over and above their required religion service, community service time sheets need to be completed and turned into the Ministry and Service Office. Time sheets may turned in at anytime throughout the school year.  However, students who wish to be recognized at the Service Awards Program must turn in their hours by May 1st.  The Service Award Assembly is May 8, 2013.

For required religion service hours, there is a different service log sheet which the students receive from their religion teacher.  These forms should be turned into the student's religion teacher.  Students' required service hours are part of their religion grade and are not factored into their cumulative service hours which are documented on their report cards and transcripts.
