There will be no meeting the evening of Monday, Nov. 5, due to the Fall Concert.

Co-Educators Seek President

The Co-Educators are looking for a parent to fill the role of club president for the 2012-13 school year. The president will work closely with John Marshall, CJ principal, on creating the monthly topics of discussion and assisting with volunteer organization. Anyone interested should please email or call John at (937) 461-3740 x219.

Duties

  • Recruiting volunteers for events.

  • Partnering with Student Council moderator to get chaperones for dances.

  • Coordinating the Used Uniform Sale.

  • Forming a committee and serving as contact point for:

    • Teacher dinner during PT conferences

    • Teacher lunch during Catholic Schools Week

    • AfterProm

    • Mother-Daughter brunch

    • Baccalaureate reception

Co-Educators provides parents with opportunities to be active participants in their child's educational and faith experience, and to assist students, faculty and staff in ways that enhance the experience of community at CJ. Monthly meetings are open forums for parents, students and staff members to trade information and ideas and to help provide coordination for events . Parents are to encouraged to attend meetings when possible. Activities planned through Co-educators include the Teacher Appreciation Lunch, Post Prom and the Mother/Daughter Brunch. If you have any questions, comments or ideas for this group, please let me know.
