For an application to be considered, the following information is needed:
1. Complete the "Performing Arts Scholarship Application" below. Submit all "Criteria" details and "Essay Questions" below (in green) through the application.
2. Have one teacher or mentor fill out the "Common Teacher/Mentor Recommendation" form.

CRITERIA:

Performing Arts Skill - please indicate your specific talent in a performing arts area as well as current proficiencies in that skill set. How many years have you been developing this talent? Skill sets may include instrumental, song, acting and dance performance. Note: If you qualify for an interview, you WILL be asked to audition according to your talent for a panel of community members.

Performing Arts Experience - please indicate your level of performance experience by referencing shows, performances, or personal awards and achievements.
