Ways of Giving
There are several ways to make a gift to CJ. Please choose the option most convenient to you or contact Deacon Jim Walworth, director of development, at 937.461.3740 x224 | email, for assistance in making your selection.
Online Giving
Online giving is the easiest and most direct way to contribute to the CJ Annual Fund. Our secured site can accept your gift at any time. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are accepted through this method.
Check
Please download and complete the gift form and mail it along with a check made payable to CJ Annual Fund to:
Monthly Giving or Pledging
Many contributors increase their annual gift by contributing monthly or making a pledge with payments spread over several months. Pledge payments can also be made with a credit card or by a direct fund transfer from your checking or savings account. Please contact the development office at 937.461.3740 x212 to sign up. Or download a gift form and indicate your selection of a monthly, quarterly or semi-annual gift. Mail your completed pledge gift to:
Gifts of Securities
A gift of appreciated stock may provide you with special tax advantages. Please contact Jim Walworth, director of development, to discuss this advantage and to make arrangements for CJ to receive your gift.
Matching Gifts
Many companies match gifts made by current and retired employees, which will often double your gift made to CJ. We ask that you take a moment to inquire at your and/or your spouse's company personnel or human resources office for forms, which can be completed by you, and then sent to CJ's development office.
Honor & Memorial Gifts
Make your contribution in honor of or in memory of a loved one or a special member of the CJ community.
Planned Giving
Planned giving options include gifts of securities, bequests, trusts, retirement plans, IRA’s and life insurance policies. Contributors thinking about making a planned gift to CJ should contact Deacon Jim Walworth, director of development, at 937.461.3740 x224 | email, for assistance.
