  • Athletic Facilities Coordinator (full time): Chaminade Julienne is seeking an enterprising and flexible person to join the school community as athletic facilities coordinator.  This person will facilitate the scheduling, security, parking, maintenance, and janitorial services for all events utilizing the school’s athletic facilities, including practices, games, matches, and camps.  The person will also facilitate rental and use of CJ athletic venues with various community organizations.  Athletic venues include the Student Conditioning Center, Roger Glass Stadium - Home of the Chaminade Julienne Eagles, Eagle Tennis Center, Eagle Field, and Mary, Our Lady of Victory Gym.  The coordinator will serve as a member of the facilities management team, report to the facilities manager, and work closely with the athletic director to ensure that athletic facilities are well-maintained, ready for student use, and welcoming to guests attending both CJ events and events by outside entities.
    Additionally, the coordinator will work with the other members of the maintenance team under the direction of the facilities manager to support all activities of the team.  This may include engagement in various maintenance projects, assisting with setup of classrooms and other academic spaces, and other duties as necessary to ensure a safe and well-functioning school community.
    We are looking for a person with a bachelor's degree in education, marketing or business, sports management, or the equivalent, with 2-4 years of demonstrated experience in project management.  The person must be able to demonstrate a commitment to the mission of Chaminade Julienne and a willingness to work in a collaborative and collegial environment.

  • A Cappella Director (Part-Time) Chaminade Julienne Catholic High School seeks a motivated, professional,creative, and dynamic director for their high school a cappella group, Vega. This nationally acclaimed group has been in existence since 2010. They have won numerous awards, including qualifying for the International Competition of High School a Capella at both the regional and national levels ,and been featured on the Best of High School a Capella compilation album four times. It is an audition group open to 10th-12th grade performing arts students. They perform at least four school concerts a year in addition to community performances, events, and competitions.
    Responsibilities include planning, preparing, and leading two rehearsals each week, Tuesday afternoons and Thursday evenings, from August through May. In addition this person will work closely with the department of performing arts chair and other department staff to create a cohesive and well balanced learning environment for all students involved. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, knowledge of acapella music and individual and group vocal coaching techniques. Basic knowledge of operating sound equipment preferred.  The candidate should also have an understanding of a diverse community, and the ability to work with the individual needs of students.

  • Certified Bus Driver (Part-Time) - Chaminade Julienne is seeking a part-time certified bus driver to start immediately (pending verification of all certifications and background checks). The successful candidate will be required to complete VIRTUS training through the Archdiocese of Cincinnati. Coaching

  • Head Men’s Lacrosse Coach
    Chaminade Julienne High School (CJ), a Catholic co-educational school of over 650 students in grades 9-12 in Dayton, Ohio, seeks an enthusiastic individual to lead our Men’s Lacrosse program as Head Coach. Qualified candidates are expected to have at least a Bachelor’s degree and had previous successful lacrosse coaching experience. Candidates are expected to have the following qualities: integrity, discipline, enthusiasm, excellent communication and organizational skills, inspirational leadership, and a commitment to being a positive role model on and off the field. Candidates must understand and support the values and the mission of Chaminade Julienne High School. The position will report to the Athletic Director at Chaminade Julienne High School.
