Welcome to CJ Athletics - Home of the Eagles!
Student athletes who compete for CJ quickly learn that they are expected to play at a level of excellence that not only helps them develop as players and teammates, but in a manner that honors the tradition of those who came before them. Built on a strong foundation of athletic prowess, determination, and hard work, CJ athletes play with pride not only for themselves and their teammates, but for the many supporters, alumni, parents, and fans of the Eagles.
Our mission-centered athletic program helps students build self respect, self-discipline, and self-esteem while becoming great teammates. Our athletes, who are students first, benefit from our strong educational programs and grow in respect for themselves and for each other — learning from teammates who come from many different backgrounds. Athletes attend team Mass together and prayer services throughout the year. They also perform community service together as a group, many participating in “Make a Difference Day'' in October.
Final Forms Notice
All students wishing to participate in athletics for the 2022-23 school year MUST update their Final Forms account and select the sports that they are interested in. Final Forms will not automatically roll over any students into sports from the previous year. All participants MUST have a valid physical on file in the athletic office and all forms must be signed off.
If your profile is complete, you will have 4 green icons (enrollment status, parent forms, student forms and physical status) and one red icon (the athletic fee dollar sign). Use this helpful guide for icon indicators in Final Forms.
