Ministry within the CJ community encompasses elements of school life that help nurture spiritual growth for all members. They include the celebration of liturgies, retreats for faculty, staff and students, peer faith groups for CJ students through Marianist LIFE (Living In Faith Experiences) and FLIGHT (Faith Leaders in God's Hands Today), and even adult peer faith groups for CJ faculty and staff.

Prayer is also an essential part of the life of the CJ community. Every school day begins and ends with prayer. Classes begin with prayer and time to share personal reflections. In addition to all-school liturgies and worship services, other Masses and prayer services are held for teams, clubs, and other various groups. In our prayer life, special attention is given to the spiritualities of our founding orders, the Society of Mary and the Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur.
