CJ Philosophy: We intentionally focus on those elements that are necessary for an outstanding Catholic educational experience- outstanding teachers, relevant curriculum infused with Catholic faith and values, student body that represents the geographic, cultural, and socio-economic diversity of the greater Dayton region, leading edge educational tools, and a campus that is evolving to meet the needs of our students and community. Because of this focus, guided by our core values and the approach of the Sisters and Marianists, we are more likely to experience continued success in our academic, enrollment, development, and student activities.
I have been blessed to experience the school as the son of a graduate, a student, an alumnus, an employee, a parent, and a husband of CJ parent. Each of these has given me a different perspective on the unique and special ways that our Catholic, Marianist, and Notre Dame heritage impacts our students’ experience. I am proud that my daughters and their cousins represent the fourth generation of our family to attend and graduate from CJ because my family history drives my desire to be an effective steward of our legacy today so that our successors inherit a healthy and vibrant community for the years ahead.
