Chaminade Julienne Catholic High School (CJ) is a private co-ed Catholic school located in the center city of Dayton, Ohio serving an academically and socio-economically diverse student population of nearly 700 young people.   • Long Term Substitute Teacher

    Chaminade Julienne is seeking a long term substitute teacher for the English Language Tutor position. Duties include individual tutoring in English, Reading, Writing, and Speaking and in the classroom support for students in grades 9-12.  The candidate is required to complete SafeParish training through the Archdiocese of Cincinnati, which includes current background checks and must hold a current substitute license from the Ohio Department of Education.   • Staff Accountant

    Chaminade Julienne, an outstanding private Catholic high school located in the center city of Dayton, seeks a strong accounting professional to join the team as staff accountant. The staff accountant reports to the director of finance and accounting and serves as a member of a five person team responsible for all financial operations of the school ensuring good stewardship of the school’s resources. Essential functions include, but are not limited to, maintaining systems of accounting and internal control in accordance with the school’s policies and generally accepted accounting principles; initiating monthly closing activities and preparation of journal entries; daily cash and treasury functions; budget and account analysis; financial reporting, and other projects as needed. The successful candidate will have bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field, with a minimum of 3-5 years of accounting experience; will be be able to demonstrate knowledge of current accounting methods, internal controls, and GAAP; and demonstrate relevant experience planning and managing a budget process and serving as a key team member during external audits.

  • Substitute Teacher

    Chaminade Julienne is seeking substitute teachers for the 2022-2023 school year. The candidate will be required to complete SafeParish training through the Archdiocese of Cincinnati, which includes current background checks and must hold a current Sub license from Ohio Department of Education.   • Certified Bus Driver (Part-Time)

    Chaminade Julienne is seeking a part-time certified bus driver to start immediately (pending verification of all certifications and background checks). The successful candidate will be required to complete SafeParish training through the Archdiocese of Cincinnati.
